Builder McKee Homes has purchased the remaining lots in Evergreen at Flowers Plantation in Clayton, NC and plans to develop another phase of new cottage-style homes as well as add additional lots in the future.
McKee Homes is currently building cottage-style, single-family homes that are open and ready for the public to view. Evergreen is part of the master-planned community of Flowers Plantation, a 3,000-acre development.
The community will host a model grand opening event for its new model home, which is located at 48 Balsam Lane. The event is open to the public and will be on Friday, August 11 from noon to 2PM. Interested buyers will be able to walk through the homes that are currently under construction as well as enjoy catered food and door prizes.
Designs for the model homes in Evergreen at Flowers Plantation are based on Epcon Communities’ floor plans and offer similar features like open living spaces, designer kitchens, bathrooms with wide doorways and hallways, large garages, storage spaces, and private patios.
McKee Homes plans to offer six floor plans, which include the Palazzo, Portico, Promenade, Salerno, Torino, and Verona. These single-family homes range in size from 1,750 to just over 3,000 square feet and have two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Optional features for some of the designs include a sitting room off the master suite, finished bonus rooms, or four-season rooms.
All homes will include lawn maintenance packages that are included in the homeowners’ association fee. "McKee Homes is proud to join the master-planned community of Flowers Plantation. Our cottage-style homes have many features to match the lifestyle our buyers desire.
Whether enjoying their new private courtyard or the resort quality amenities, there is something for everyone here at Evergreen," said Lawrence Wilson, McKee Homes New Home Sales Consultant, in a press release.
