Chambers CreekWillis, TX

Located about an hour outside of Downtown Houston, Chambers Creek in Willis will contain 3,000 homes across 1,200 acres. Homes start at 1,300 to 1,500 square feet. Also, residents pay a homeowners’ association fee that covers various community maintenance.
