Home builder K. Hovanian began construction in 2007 and offers nine distinct ranch-style floor plans while Lennar Homes began construction with the community in 2016 and offers several floor plans.

K. Hovanian offers homes that range from 1,502 to 2,828 square feet. These homes offer two to three bedrooms and two to three bathrooms, with every home including a two-car garage.
