Seaview Village is another active adult community located in Brick with 349 resale attached and single-family homes. It got its name for a good reason, as it's within walking distance of the waterfront and lovely Bay Harbor Park.

This newer active adult neighborhood of 304 attached and single-family homes offers great value and a pristine location on the outskirts of Crossley Nature Preserve. It's farther inland from the other communities listed above, and it's less than 10 miles from the vibrant town of Toms River.

Country Walk of Lake Ridge has six attached home floor plans in its Courtyards section, which range from 986 to 1,377 square feet, with one or two bedrooms, one or two baths, and attached one-car garages. The larger single-family homes range from 1,789 to 1,868 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
