Just four miles from the Pacific Ocean, Ocean Hills Country Club is one of the San Diego area’s premier active adult communities. This guard-gated community features a spacious clubhouse, an 18-hole golf course and a wide range of resort-style amenities. The mix of single-family and attached homes also makes it easy for homebuyers to find a floor plan which meets their own needs.

The Ocean Hills Golf Club provides an 18-hole executive course which stretches over 2,138 yards, and the grounds also include community RV parking. Homes at Ocean Hills Country Club were built in three phases.

The first phase was built between 1984 and 1988. It contains around 1,200 duplex homes which range in size from 971 to 1,926 square feet. The second phase, built between 1989 and 1992, offers larger single-family homes.

The final phase, which also contains single-family homes, was built between 1997 and 1999. Construction has been completed and the community now contains a total of 1,632 residences.

Homebuyers today can choose from available resale homes in a wide range of floor plans and sizes.
