Homes in Paloma include both single-family and attached townhome designs. The developer, Kolter Homes, offers Green Builder options for homebuyers that are interested in sustainability and energy efficiency. Construction began in 2006 and today’s homebuyers can choose from available new construction or resale homes.

Homebuyers who want low-maintenance living may opt for one of Paloma’s attached townhomes. Known as part of the Azalea Collection, these lovely two-story homes include two thoughtfully designed floor plans sized at either 1,971 or 2,124 square feet. The smaller model has three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, while the larger design has three bedrooms, a den and three bathrooms. Both models have attached two-car garages.

Single-family homes are available as either custom designs or with floor plans created by Kolter Homes. The Kolter Homes models range in size from 2,019 to over 3,500 square feet. They offer main-level living, open floor plans, covered lanais and attached two-car garages. The floor plans feature two to four bedrooms, and two-and-a-half to four-and-a-half bathrooms. Most designs have an optional den and the largest home has a three-car garage.
