Back when the aerobics craze was in full swing, people headed to fitness studios wearing Spandex, leg warmers, and wide headbands. They listened to songs like “Let’s Get Physical” and sweated to choreographed, dance-style routines. Since then, things have really changed, and these studios now offer Zumba, yoga, and other classes. The best thing about these workouts is you can trim down while having fun (and making new friends), so it doesn’t even feel like hard work!
There are active adult communities across the country with their own aerobics studios, which makes staying in shape quite convenient. These studios are usually located in the community clubhouse fitness areas. If you're looking at Pennsylvania real estate, there are 14 communities with aerobics studios as well as homes in all different price ranges. We’ve profiled four of them below.
