If you’re on the fence about whether or not to move into an active adult community, there are many others with the same dilemma. You may desire a low-maintenance home in a neighborhood with on-site amenities like a clubhouse but without the age restriction that 55+ neighborhoods require.
There are options in Pennsylvania with homes for sale that meet these criteria. The five private communities below are designed with well laid-out floor plans, and some have features like luxury master suites, private outdoor space, and basements. Read on: One of these active communities may offer the lifestyle you're searching for.
