The 47,000-square-foot center has a fitness center, ballroom, multiple hobby studios, a library, a restaurant, and more. Sunbird - Chandler
Sunbird’s low home prices and first-class amenities make it a popular affordable option in the Phoenix area. This gated 55+ community consists of 1,631 single-family residences and manufactured homes.
Residents stay busy at the community’s clubhouse, which offers 43,000 square feet of amenities. There is an on-site restaurant, top-notch fitness center, ballroom, library, and several hobby studios.
