Regency at Montaine’s grand opening offers fully decorated model homes to view, with floor plans that range from 1,600 to 2,400 square feet. Upon completion, there will be 130 single-family homes in the community, with two to four bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two- to four-car garages. These well-designed floor plans will feature flexible den spaces, providing additional space that can be used as a home office, an additional bedroom, an exercise room, a hobby room, and more.
