The resort-style pool and sun deck offer the residents of SaddleBooke Ranch a place to relax and enjoy the climate.

The prestigious SaddleBrooke Ranch has launched a new club to add to the amenities available at their location in Oracle, Arizona. The La Hacienda Club is exquisitely appointed and furnished to provide access to luxury exercise and relaxation.

SaddleBrooke Ranch is situated on rolling Sonoran desert terrain, with mountain scenery nearly every way visitors look and a spectacular view of the Santa Catalina Mountains. Located just five miles from Robson’s original SaddleBrooke community and only a short distance north of Tucson, SaddleBrooke Ranch is uniquely situated to offer easy access to the city while offering luxurious country living to retirees in the Grand Canyon State.

La Hacienda Club Amenities

The success of previous Robson communities has built confidence that any of their active adult communities will offer not only a country club atmosphere but a wide range of amenities. The community is made up of people with all sorts of interests, and many clubs have been formed by the residents themselves to enjoy the company of like-minded neighbors.

The newly opened SaddleBrooke Ranch La Hacienda Club features an outdoor resort-style pool with beach access and a resistance walking channel. An adjoining lap pool is available for serious swimmers, as is an indoor pool complete with lap lanes and a luxurious whirlpool.

For those not into swimming, there is also a fitness room, a sumptuous bistro and lounge, billiards, a tennis complex including stadium courts, pickleball courts, and a luxury spa with massage rooms.

The Championship 18-Hole Golf Course was designed to challenge all levels of golfers.

The SaddleBrooke Ranch golf course is another gem in the community’s featured amenities; the 18-hole championship course is laid out across a lush green desert with magnificent mountain views. This challenging but enjoyable course offers five different tee areas per hole, so all levels of golfers can enjoy playing in the inspired southwestern setting.

SaddleBrooke Ranch Residences

“Build to order” customized homes allow buyers to select their desired square footage from 1,400 to 2,800 square feet, with varied layouts and exquisite views of the mountains. The discerning buyer can choose from the Traditional, the Premier, or the Estate Home Series, all with open floor plans, sumptuous living areas, and expansive bathroom and kitchen space. Alternately, buyers can opt for a designer home that is “move-in ready” with a beautifully appointed interior and perfect landscaping.

SaddleBrooke Ranch Location

Many homes are within walking distance of the community’s most popular amenities. Nearby Tucson boasts a variety of attractions, including the Reid Park Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Space Museum, Kitt’s Peak Observatory, and golfing as well as fine dining and shopping. Tucson also has excellent medical facilities and centers.

There is plenty to do on the Ranch itself as well: from dance classes to social clubs to crafting of all types, SaddleBrooke Ranch offers something for every interest. Members of the SaddleBrooke Symphony Guild are able to attend Tucson Symphony Orchestra Events, and groups often form to travel to Tucson and enjoy a day in the city before returning to the community for an evening of cards or singing. A dog park is also available for four-footed friends.

For those retiring in the Tucson area, the La Hacienda Club and SaddleBrooke Ranch is an excellent choice, giving residents the ability to enjoy the highest quality lifestyle possible.
