Returning home will be a delight thanks to the thoughtful home designs available. With three luxurious home collections to choose from, homeowners will be able to find the single-family residence that they’ve always dreamed of having.

The homes within Trilogy at Verde River range from a modest 1,544 square feet in size to a more luxurious 3,287 square feet, offering two or three bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two to three-car garage.

Shea Homes has carefully built a reputation for developing low-maintenance homes that represent a cutting-edge style while seamlessly merging indoor and outdoor spaces, and Trilogy at Verde River is no exception.

Multi-pane sliding glass doors not only open to expansive patios, but give the effect of being an extension of the great room. Many homes also offer open layouts, sun-drenched common areas, courtyards, and elegant master suites.

The heart of Trilogy at Verde River will be the clubhouse that is currently in the planning stages. The sprawling amenity center, designed by renowned architect Bing Hu, will feature all of the amenities that active adults have come to expect. There will be no shortage of social spaces with current plans calling for a ballroom, restaurant, dining room, and even a culinary studio for learning new tricks around the kitchen.

Trilogy at Verde River enjoys one of the most sought-after climates in the country, and the outdoor amenities will take full advantage of that reputation. There will be a pool, spa, patio, and pavilion. A barbecue area will be available for informal resident gatherings, while tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball courts provide all the motivation to stay in shape with some neighborly competition.

The real star of the show though will be the 18-hole championship golf course. Tom Lehman and Chris Brands of the Lehman Design Group are heading the design of the course and it’s in good hands. Lehman Design Group has racked up awards for their golf course design throughout the country, from Minnesota to Washington to Canada, and the golf course at Trilogy at Verde River is shaping up to be another feather in their cap.
