Builder Shea Homes is gearing up to start building model homes at its newest 55+ community in Summerlin, Nevada. The builder plans to start construction in one to two months on Trilogy at Summerlin, which will host a total of 354 homes upon completion. The active adult community will span 53.5 acres and be located at the southwest corner of Flamingo Road and Town Center Drive. The builder will begin taking deposits from interested homebuyers this week.
Homes will be priced starting in the mid $400s and go up to $1 million. The builder will offer homebuyers three distinct design collections and a variety of floor plans to choose from that range in size from 1,538 to 2,828 square feet. All homes will be attached duplexes and feature modern design concepts with flexible living spaces. Trilogy at Summerlin will also offer residents a host of resort-style amenities. Some of the proposed amenities include a clubhouse with a multi-purpose room, fitness center, art studio, and culinary studio. Outdoors, the community will host a Zen garden, outdoor pool and patio, outdoor event lawn, pickleball and bocce ball courts, and an unleashed dog park.
