Active adults looking for a new community to call home may have many things on their wish list, but according to the 2019 55places National Housing Survey, age restrictions are a primary factor on that list. In fact, according to the survey, less than one percent of active adults wouldn’t move to an all-ages community, even if it had all the floor plans, amenities, and the lifestyle they desire.
That means an overwhelming majority of active adults don't mind if their new community is age-restricted, and some may even prefer that it not be. If you're looking for a new community to settle into in beautiful Southern California, consider these popular communities that don't have age restrictions.
