With a desirable location in Ocala, Stone Creek is a Central Florida golf community welcoming active adults with a wide range of recreational activities and amenities. This 55+ community offers a small-town feel with grounds featuring rolling hills and sparkling lakes. Its location puts Stone Creek within 90 minutes of the Kennedy Space Center, Walt Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios.

Opened in 2006, Stone Creek is a developing Del Webb community that offers both new construction and resale residences. Homebuyers can choose between detached single-family homes and duplex homes, which have the added benefit of including full exterior home and yard maintenance. Upon completion, the community will contain approximately 4,000 residences.


Recreations at Stone Creek are centered around the Reflection Bay complex, which houses the Reunion Center clubhouse and Elan Spa. Residents can enjoy numerous resort-style amenities, such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, multiple hobby and game rooms, arts and crafts studios, a demonstration kitchen, and the Stone Creek Grille restaurant.

Stone Creek offers residents an impressive collection of amenities including a resort-style swimming pool, golf course, tennis courts, on-site restaurant and more. 

Outdoors, active adults will find many fun ways to stay in shape. Golf enthusiasts will particularly love the challenging 18-hole golf course, putting green and driving range. Yet the grounds offer many other activities as well, including nine tennis courts, eight bocce ball courts, 16 pickleball courts, six horseshoe pits, a full basketball court and a softball field.


Homebuyers who are interested in new construction homes can choose from several new floor plans which were introduced in 2011. The Garden Series includes three duplex homes ranging from 1,157 to 1,429 square feet. They feature two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Before 2011, duplex homes were available in two models (1,548 or 1,709 square feet) as part of the Twin Villas collection.

Single-family homes introduced in 2011 include both the Classic Series and Estate Series.

Classic Series

The Classic Series contains six two-bedroom models with floor plans ranging from 1,620 to 2,177 square feet. Two bathrooms, a den and a two- or two-and-a-half-car garage are included with each design. From 2006 to 2011, comparable two- and three-bedroom homes were available in the Pinnacle Series.

Estate Series

Homebuyers who want larger homes can turn to new models from the Estate Series, which were also introduced in 2011. These two- and three-bedroom homes (2,315 to 2,611 square feet) are designed with large great rooms, dens, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and luxurious master suites. Comparable resale homes include models in the Regal Series (1,723 to 2,384 square feet).
