Set in Fort Mill, South Carolina, Sun City Carolina Lakes is a beautiful Del Webb community which welcomes active adults aged 55 or better. This fabulous suburban community has an exciting line-up of on-site amenities including a 40,000 square-foot clubhouse, an 18-hole golf course and access to the Catawba River. Del Webb opened Sun City Carolina Lakes in 2005 with plans for approximately 3,400 homes. The community is spread across 1,512 acres featuring rolling hills and mature forests. Its prime location, near the North Carolina and South Carolina border, is a popular place for an active adult retirement.

At the heart of the community, The Lake House features an impressive array of resort-style amenities. For resident golfers, The Carolina Lakes Golf Club features a par-72, 18-hole course which winds throughout the community. The course stretches across 7,024 yards, including five tees to accommodate golfers of any skill level. The Carolina Lakes Golf Club also has its own clubhouse with a full-service golf pro shop and an elegant restaurant. Homes at Sun City Carolina Lakes include both attached and single-family models, designed to appeal to many different homebuyers. Floor plans range from 1,103 to over 2,500 square feet. They typically include two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and two- or two-and-a-half-car garages.
