When it comes to homes, Sun City Carolina Lakes offers 23 floor plans in a wide variety of sizes, styles, and prices. These designs include single-family homes, villa townhomes, and carriage homes.

Single-family homes range in size from 1,103 to 2,597 square feet, with four models offering an optional second-story loft. Each of these homes has a minimum of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage.

Villa townhomes are arranged in duplex or triplex arrangements, in sizes ranging from 1,217 to 2,637 square feet. They provide single-level attached living with a minimum of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two-car garages.

Carriage homes (sized from 1,554 to 2,044 square feet) are also attached, yet they are two-story buildings with single-level homes in their upper and lower levels.
