Nine miles of walking and biking trails wind throughout the community, while the 5,000 square-foot Legacy Hills Pavilion overlooks scenic Berry Creek Lake.

Single-family designs, available on both a resale and new construction basis, range from 910 to over 3,000 square feet. Most of these homes have two or three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
