Residences at Sun Lakes
During its long construction period, Sun Lakes Country Club offered 50 different floor plans, including designs by both the Presley Company and Pulte Homes. These homes include both attached and detached styles with sizes ranging from 850 to 2,627 square feet. Most homes in the community include two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two- or two-and-a-half-car garages.
Some smaller models were originally offered with one bedroom, one or two bathrooms, and a choice of a den or second bedroom. Larger homes may have three or four bedrooms. Sun Lakes Country Club's fabulous amenities and beautiful grounds support resort-style living.
The Main Clubhouse brings residents together with social areas and resort-style amenities. They can share a meal at the Sun Lakes Restaurant or Sandwedge Grill, gather around the outdoor swimming pool or attend an event in the spacious ballroom. The Main Clubhouse also includes a fitness center, hobby and game rooms, a pro shop, billiards and an arts and crafts studio.
Additional amenities are available at the North and South clubhouses. These smaller facilities feature social areas, fitness centers, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and bocce ball courts. Pickleball courts are also available at the Main Clubhouse. While the South Clubhouse is only open to residents, guests can be invited to the Main and North Clubhouses.
Resident golfers enjoy access to two beautiful courses. The Sun Lakes Course is a par-72 championship course which spreads across 7,017 yards, offering challenging play for golfers of any skill level. Beginners and weekend players may also prefer the 3,000-yard, par-60 Executive Course. These courses are only open to residents and their guests.
Its wide variety of available homes also make the community an affordable option for many active adult retirees. For more information on this community click here: Sun Lakes Country Club - Banning, CA
