Residences at Sundance

Sundance was opened in 2002 by Hancock Homes and acquired three years later by Meritage Homes. The community is centered around The Sundance Golf Club at Buckeye and a spacious, 15,000 square-foot clubhouse. Upon completion, Sundance will include a total of just over 1,100 single-family homes.

These affordable, low-maintenance designs feature the charm of regional architecture and the ease of main-level living. Designed to meet the needs of many different residents, homes within Sundance range in size from 1,390 to over 2,200 square feet. Hancock Homes originally offered single-family homes in six floor plans, which are now available on a resale basis. Meritage Homes has since released their own line of new construction homes, which feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, dens, and two-car garages.

Homes in Sundance are constructed with eco-friendly building practices and include many energy-efficient features. Open floor plans, spacious master-bedroom suites and covered patios make these designs popular with active adult homebuyers. Many homesites offer golf course or desert views, and some also have backyard swimming pools.
