Hancock Homes originally offered single-family homes in six floor plans, which are now available on a resale basis. Meritage Homes has since released their own line of new construction homes, which feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, dens, and two-car garages.

Homes in Sundance are constructed with eco-friendly building practices and include many energy-efficient features. Open floor plans, spacious master-bedroom suites and covered patios make these designs popular with active adult homebuyers.
