The smallest plan for single-family homes has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage, while the largest has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a den, and two-car garage.
Amenities within Carolina Arbors include a 37,000 square-foot clubhouse, a heated indoor pool and spa, fitness center, common lounge, recreation center, ballroom, library, billiards, aerobics and dance studio, ceramics, and an arts and crafts studios.

Creekside at Bethpage
Creekside at Bethpage is another age-restricted community in Durham that will have a total of 650 single-family and attached homes once it’s completed.

Townhomes in the development offer potential homeowners 1,294 to 1,342 square feet with up to three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Single-family homes range from 1,320 to 2,606 square feet and can have up to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a den, and three-car garage.

There will also be plenty of parks and natural space as well as walking and biking trails throughout the development.
The Courtyards at Andrews Chapel
The Courtyards at Andrews Chapel is a small community conveniently located near Durham that will feature 120 new homes built by Epcon Communities.
There are several unique floor plans for potential buyers to consider that range from 1,519 to 2,769 square feet. Homes feature between two to four bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and two-and-a-half-car garages. Some plans also include a den, which can be used as an extra bedroom or office space.
