Terramor will open the doors on The Terrace Club on September 8.

Since its announcement last year, Terramor in Corona, California has been one of the most eagerly anticipated 55+ communities in the country. Its prime Southern California location and resort-style amenities are sure to be a draw for many active adults. Recently, the community announced its fourth 55+ community, consisting of 83 homes built by Van Daele Homes.

Active adults considering Terramor will have a chance to see exactly what they’ll be getting as the community gets ready to open the doors to The Terrace Club, a private clubhouse exclusively for 55+ residents. “The Terrace Club Big Reveal” will take place on Saturday, September 8 between 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Potential residents will get a chance to explore the indoor and outdoor amenities located at this brand new facility. That includes pools, gathering spaces, craft and game rooms, a fitness center, multipurpose rooms, sports courts, and more. Active adults can also stop by The Veranda Club, the community’s clubhouse for all residents.

The reveal includes various events that will take place over the day. Guests will be able to take part in tennis and pickleball lessons, barre classes, live pottery demonstrations, art classes, and live music performances on the event lawn.

Upon completion, Terramor will feature four different 55+ neighborhoods: Ardena, Cortina, Sterling, and Oakton. Several neighborhoods are already open and ready for move-in. Homes range from 1,731 to 3,207 square feet featuring two-to-four bedrooms, two-to-four bathrooms, and two-car garages. Homes are priced from the low $400s to the high $500s.
