The community is home to just 200 single family residences in a gated setting, giving it a more intimate atmosphere. Most of the homes at Shasta Hills Estates offer between 1,200 to 1,800 square feet.

Residents have a central clubhouse where they can stay active at the fitness center, spend some quiet time in the library, and attend meet-ups at the multi-purpose room. The amenities continue outdoors with a pool and spa, patio, gazebo and picnic area, horseshoe pit, and beautiful natural spaces. There is also on-site RV parking and boat storage.

Tuscany Villas

High $200s – Low $300s

Tuscany Villas is favored by active adults seeking a private community with newer homes. Development at this gated 55+ community began in 2006 and is ongoing, so homebuyers have a selection of new and resale homes as options. Upon completion, there will be 79 single-family homes. These homes are thoughtfully designed with a charming Tuscan theme, and they range in size from 1,596 to 2,092 square feet. Many of the homes also include energy efficient features, including high-efficiency air conditioning units, low VOC paint, and low-emissivity windows.

The planned clubhouse will allow residents to live a well-rounded lifestyle. Plans call for an outdoor swimming pool and spa, walking and biking trails that wind through the community, and a meeting room for various clubs and activity groups. Residents also enjoy easy access to excellent local golf courses. The Tierra Oaks Golf Club and Gold Hills Golf Course are both just minutes away and within walking distance.
