The world-class amenities will offer a state-of-the-art fitness center, an on-site spa, a resort-style outdoor pool and patio, and athletic courts as well as a full social calendar of lifestyle activities. Residents will be able to drive to Downtown Tampa or the Tampa International Airport in just 30 minutes.
Active adults who want to retire in Palm Beach County will soon have another option with Regency at Avenir in Palm Beach Gardens. Upon completion, this new 55+ community will consist of 469 single-family homes located within the master-planned Avenir development.
Residents of Regency at Avenir will have access to a range of amenities, including a clubhouse, a fitness and wellness center, a cafe, an outdoor pool, and walking and biking trails. Located about 37 miles west of Washington, D.C. in Haymarket, Virginia, Carter’s Mill will offer a brand-new resort-style 55+ community in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area. This age-restricted community from renowned builder Del Webb will include 480 single-family and attached homes upon completion.

Haven will soon break ground in South Jordan, Utah. This 55+ community will offer spacious single-family and attached homes across eight floor plans. After breaking ground last summer, Avalon Trails will hosed its grand opening ceremony in March. The event showcased amenities and designer-decorated model homes. At this 55+ community, the attached homes come in eight floor plans ranging from 1,328 to 1,600 square feet. Avalon Trails has plans for 217 attached homes.
The amenities will feature a clubhouse with a 24-hour fitness center, an entertainment theatre, a cafe, and rooms for crafts and cards. The outdoor amenities will include two pools and patios.
Del Webb Sunbridge, one of the newest Del Webb communities in the Orlando-Kissimmee area, is now open. The gated 55+ community hosted its grand opening in early 2020, revealing model homes and planned amenities.
Upon completion, the community will include 1,300 single-family and attached homes. With desirable Del Webb floor plans, the spacious single-family homes will range from 1,670 to 3,452 square feet, while the attached homes will range from 1,543 to 1,579 square feet. A new master-planned development from builder Taylor Morrison, The Heights is coming soon to Bradenton. One of the best communities coming soon to the Jacksonville area of Northeast Florida is Stillwater, a 55+ community with plans for 818 single-family and attached homes across 784 acres. The desirable location will put residents within 25 miles of Downtown Jacksonville, 30 miles of St. Augustine, and 15 miles of both the St. Johns River and the Atlantic Ocean.
The planned amenities at Stillwater will include a 6-acre community center, an 18-hole golf course, and a commercial area for on-site retail. The development also plans to conserve 356 acres of wetlands.

Lennar Homes has now started sales at Mirada, a gated 55+ community just 30 minutes south of Tampa. This neighborhood of 858 single-family and attached homes will be located within the master-planned Mirada development, known for its 15-acre lagoon, the largest of its kind in Florida.
Along with the amenities found throughout the master-planned development, Mirada will offer its own clubhouse, fitness center, resort-style pool, and athletic courts. The community also plans to host social activities such as movie nights, sunset boat tours, and socials.

Now under construction near Fort Myers, the brand-new active lifestyle community WildBlue will soon create another option for resort-style living in Southwest Florida. This 3,500-acre community will include 1,100 single-family homes with desirable amenities and a prime location.
Designed to offer a resort lifestyle, the amenities will include a 13,000-square-foot clubhouse, a sports center, two swimming pools, and two recreational lakes. The 100-acre and 88-acre lakes, which give this community a unique lakefront feel, will provide beaches, cabanas, boat launches, docks, and kayaks. Builder Lennar Homes recently began pre-sales at Heritage at Asante, a highly anticipated 55+ community with plans for 1,500 single-family and attached homes. This gated age-restricted community will be located approximately 40 miles northwest of Phoenix.
Offering residents access to desirable private amenities, Heritage at Asante plans to have a 14,000-square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center, a resort-style outdoor pool, and a fire pit. The master-planned Asante development will provide even more amenities, including an extensive trail system, a 50-acre park, 12 pickleball courts, and a 9-hole putting course.

In January 2020, Toll Brothers hosted a grand opening ceremony and unveiled 13 model homes for the up-and-coming Sterling Grove community. The first phase of the development will include 90 single-family homes across four home model collections. Upon completion, the larger development will include more than 2,000 homes.
This new 55+ community currently under construction in Surprise will feature amenities such as a 35,000-square-foot clubhouse, a town square, and an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. This year, Del Webb has made significant progress on Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas, its up-and-coming community in Southern Nevada. The builder broke ground on this gated 55+ community in January and hosted a grand opening with model home tours in February.
The location of Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas will put residents within 30 minutes of the Las Vegas Strip and just minutes from Lake Mead National Recreation Area.
