Rounding out the list of the best lowest-priced communities in Hilton Head is the largest active adult community in South Carolina, Sun City Hilton Head. The massive, gated, and age-restricted development plays host to more than 8,000 single-family and attached homes and has both new and resale homes on the market.

Built by Del Webb in 1995, Sun City has continuously grown year after year. There are dozens for floor plans for interested homebuyers to consider, ranging from 1,039 to 2,948 square feet and options to have between one to four bedrooms, one-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and a three-car garage.
