Planned amenities for Bridgewater at Sherrills Ford-Ridge include a clubhouse, a catering kitchen, an outdoor pool and patio area, bocce ball courts, and a tot lot for grandkids to enjoy during visits.
High $200s - Low $700s
Bailey’s Glen is another highly-rated community located near Charlotte. The age-restricted community is popular for a myriad of reasons and has a lot to offer residents with both single-family homes and luxury condos to choose from. Plus, with prices ranging from the high $200s to the low $700s, the community also offers a wide variety of price points that will suit almost any budget.
The impressive amount of available floor plans is another reason current homeowners fell in love with Bailey’s Glen. There are around 20 distinct floor plans to consider, ranging from 1,273 to 2,808 square feet.
