Peppered with palm trees and doused with plenty of sunshine, Sun City Shadow Hills is an idyllic 55+ California community. Located in Coachella Valley’s Indio, this 55+ gated community offers 3,400 single family resale homes.
Built between 2003 and 2016, Sun City Shadow Hills offers ranch-style homes from 1,099 to just under 3,000 square feet, with two to three bedrooms and two to three-and-a-half bathrooms. Most homes offer upgraded finishes and rear patios.
Indio is a thriving city near shopping and restaurant haven, Palm Springs, offering warm weather and breathtaking views of magnificent desert sunsets. The region is popular among active adults who seek an active outdoor lifestyle.

This expansive community also boasts a location only 10 minutes from the beach in the coveted Saddleback Valley of Orange County. It’s easy to see why Laguna Woods Village is so popular. It’s secure, with 24-hour patrols, a guarded gate, and a private bus system. It’s also scenic, set among 2,100 acres of picturesque, rolling hills, and it offers amenities galore.
Built from 1964 to 1985, this 55+ community offers single-family, attached and condo-style resale homes, with 94 floor plans ranging from 675 square feet condos to 2,600 square feet single family homes.
Mid $200s - High $400s
Four Seasons at Beaumont has it all; new-construction luxury finishes, relatively affordable prices, and a picturesque Orange County location. This gated 55+ community is newly built, with construction beginning in 2005 and still ongoing.
It's comprised of 1,923 single-family and attached homes, with both new and resale homes for purchase, ranging from 1,183 to 2,775 square feet and offering two to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms.
Perched in scenic Beaumont, Four Seasons at Beaumont’s elevated location at 2,400 feet offers residents both gorgeous views and a 15 degree cooler summer temperature than neighboring Palm Springs, which lies 25 miles east.

Nestled in the foothills of the Santa Ana Mountains, Trilogy at Glen Ivy is popular with active adults who value a prime location within a few hours drive of many popular destinations. This 55+ gated community is near the beach, close to the desert, and also neighboring the serene Cleveland National Forest.
Built from 2001 to 2008, Trilogy at Glen Ivy offers homebuyers a choice of resale attached or single-family homes that feature one or two stories and have from two to four bedrooms and two to three-and-a-half bathrooms. Square footage ranges from 1,290 to 2,253.
Amenities include the 13,000 square-foot clubhouse, which houses a hobby and craft studio, the Center for Higher Learning, a catering kitchen and billiards room.
