Resort-style pool with cascading water and shaded areas in Sun City Festival in Arizona

Did Sun City Festival crack the top five this time?

If you’re looking to buy a home in Phoenix, Arizona, then checking out the latest best-selling 55+ communities can help you in your choice. Best-selling obviously means the most popular amongst buyers who have already done their research and made their choices.

There is naturally a bias towards larger communities, with a bigger turnover, but these are also where you find the biggest choice of homes. If you’re planning a house-hunting trip to Phoenix, you want to make the best use of your time and have a real estate agent show you as many available properties in your preferred communities as possible.

Arizona has a lot to recommend it, including its almost perfect climate if you like outdoor activities, with about 300 sunny days a year. If you plan to spend time playing golf, pickleball, tennis, or any other outdoor sport, Arizona is one of the best choices.
