Celebrated builder Del Webb built the sprawling active adult haven from 1999 to 2008, with 6,783 single-family and attached homes nestled throughout 2,992 acres of expertly landscaped terrain in the charming town of Lincoln in Northeast Sacramento.

Lincoln is a short distance away from the urban delights of Sacramento, as well as a few hours from Lake Tahoe and other scenic towns. Sun City offers onsite recreation such as two 18-hole golf courses, two separate lodges both housing multiple swimming pools, and state-of-the-art fitness centers. There’s also an onsite spa, a billiards room, an indoor walking track, a ballroom, a softball field, tennis courts, and lakes and creeks for fishing.
