These homes were designed by multiple builders, between 1982 and 1998, and are now available on a resale basis. While single-family homes do not have this added maintenance, they do have lower homeowners’ association fees. Homes in Timber Pines vary greatly, with floor plans ranging from approximately 1,400 to over 2,300 square feet. Most designs have two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one- or two-car garages. Smaller homes may have one bedroom and one bathroom, while the largest may have up to four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
