North Carolina

Del Webb at TraditionsWake Forest, NC

Mid $300s – High $500s

Originally built in 2017, Wake Forest’s Del Webb at Traditions is an age-restricted community that will have 452 single-family homes. Del Webb at Traditions offers homebuyers nine floor plans that range from 1,656 up to 2,536 square feet. Amenities include an 18,000-square-foot clubhouse, a fitness center, an aerobics and dance studio, a coffee bar, billiards, an indoor pool and spa, and a catering kitchen.

Outdoor amenities include tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball courts; a community garden; and walking and biking trails. Additionally, residents have access to a resort-style outdoor pool and patio as well as a pet park.

Carolina ArborsDurham, NC

Low $300s – High $600s

Durham’s Carolina Arbors is a large, age-restricted Del Webb community made up of 1,256 single-family homes that are available as new construction or resale. The community boasts more than a dozen floor plans that range from 1,152 to 2,562 square feet.

Carolina Arbor’s list of amenities is expansive and includes a 37,000-square-foot clubhouse, an indoor heated pool and spa, a fitness center, a lounge, a recreation center, a ballroom, a library, and a billiards room.

Carolina GardensFuquay-Varina, NC

Carolina Gardens is one of Del Webb’s newest 55+ communities in North Carolina. It will have a total of 800 single-family homes upon completion. Within the community, Del Webb plans to offer 10 ranch-style home models that will feature the latest in technology.

Once the development is completed, residents will have access to many amenities, including a 25,000-square-foot amenity center with a fitness studio, an indoor pool, a multipurpose room, and a craft room.

Outdoors, there’s a pool and sundeck, bocce ball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a dog park, a community garden, an event lawn, and walking trails. There will also be a full-time lifestyle director on staff to organize social events and parties for the neighborhood throughout the year.

Located close to the pristine beaches of Wilmington, the gated, age-restricted community of Del Webb Wilmington will feature 547 new single-family homes when it’s completed. The development offers potential homebuyers three home collections to choose from that range from 1,262 all the way up to 2,565 square feet. Floor plans include two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two- to two-and-a-half-car garages.

Del Webb at Grande Dunes Myrtle Beach – Myrtle Beach, SC

The age-restricted development features 524 single-family and attached homes that are available as both new construction and resale. Sizes range from 1,234 to 2,565 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and two- to two-and-a-half-car garages.
