Traditions of America just announced that their 28th active adult community, Traditions of America at Chesterfield, will be opening for sales later this year. This is the builder's first 55+ neighborhood in Virginia, and it is half an hour south of beautiful Downtown Richmond in Chesterfield. Construction is set to begin this summer and starting in the fall homebuyers can start looking over the property and making their selections.
