Shea Homes began construction of Trilogy in 2001 and the community will eventually contain approximately 1,500 residences. Many of the homes are on large, scenic lots with big windows and dramatic entranceways.

There are 18 different home models to choose from, each with their own variations including two- or three-car garages. Amenities

The 32,000-square-foot Cascade Clubhouse is the central gem of the community. It offers a state-of-the-art fitness center as well as yoga and aerobics classes. The Golf Club at Redmond Ridge is a beautiful 18-hole championship course, designed by Gary Panks. Golfers enjoy spectacular views of the Cascade Mountains at the three tees. The climate supports lush green fairways and challenging water features on this par-70 course. Residents enjoy the convenient Crooked Spoon restaurant.

Nearby, the University of Washington Center for Learning provides a variety of lifelong learning classes.
