Treviso Bay opened in 2012 with plans to offer luxury golf course amenities and elegant homes.

A Gulf Coast setting in the heart of Naples, Florida, puts Treviso Bay in a fabulous location for active adult retirees. This beautiful, new golf community is open to all ages, but its resort-styles amenities and exciting activities easily support an active lifestyle for older residents. Diverse homes are currently available on both a resale and new construction basis, and the community will eventually contain a total of 1,300 residences.

Currently under construction, the 40,000 square-foot clubhouse will soon be the central hub of community activity. Plans for this impressive facility include plenty of room for both structured activities and casual socializing. There will be a ballroom for community events, a hobby and game room with billiards, and a multipurpose room for club meetings and other activities. Residents will also be able to stay in shape with regular visits to the fully equipped, state-of-the-art fitness center.

Outdoors, Treviso Bay’s amenities will continue with tennis courts, bocce ball courts, an outdoor patio and an outdoor cafe. The resort-style swimming pool will be the perfect place to cool off with a swim or soak up some Florida sun on the surrounding deck. Of course, resident golfers will love the community’s 18-hole TPC Treviso Bay Golf Course. This spectacular course was designed by Arthur Hills to be both challenging and accessible for golfers of all skill levels.

Construction of homes began in 2012, featuring designs by Lennar Homes, Stock Construction and Taylor Morrison. These residences offer homebuyers many options, including condos, attached homes and single-family designs. Several low-maintenance models with open floor plans are sure to appeal to active adults.

Homes by Lennar include a wide range of styles and sizes. Terrace Condos provide open floor plans with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the largest model also has a separate den. Attached homes provide a bit more space, with two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one- to three-car garages.

Homebuyers who prefer single-family homes can choose from traditional, mid-sized models or more upscale, spacious designs. Lennar’s two- to four-bedroom Executive Homes collection offers more affordable floor plans from 1,649 to 2,246 square feet, while their three- to four-bedroom Classic Homes collection features larger designs ranging from 2,394 to over 3,600 square feet. Single-family homes by Taylor Morrison also offer three or four bedrooms, with spacious floor plans sized from 2,868 to 3,213 square feet.

For even more living space, Stock Development’s modern layouts range from approximately 3,200 to 4,200 square feet. These elegant estate homes are available in 14 different models, which include two to five bedrooms, separate dens, three-and-a-half to four-and-a-half bathrooms and three- or four-car garages.

Resort-style amenities, fabulous homes and a prime Naples location promise to make Treviso Bay a popular destination for discerning active adult retirees.
