Beautiful California retirement communities such as Trilogy at La Quinta, which is set in the southeast corridor of the Coachella Valley, against the Santa Rosa Mountains, provide a luxurious golf course community with amenities designed to enrich the mind, body and spirit. New homes have recently sold out, but available resale homes still offer access to this beautiful, upscale 55+ community.

Built by Shea Homes, Trilogy at La Quinta is one of the California retirement communities designed to support a healthy, fulfilling active adult lifestyle. The 21,000 square-foot Santa Rosa Club features resort-style amenities as well as beautifully appointed rooms for community events or informal socializing with friends. The spacious fitness center is outfitted with state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, as well as an indoor lap pool and indoor walking track. The aerobics and dance studio also provides a range of group fitness classes such as low-impact aerobics, yoga and Pilates.

When it comes to relaxation at retirement communities, residents can rejuvenate at the Coral Spa at Trilogy. This full-service spa offers massages and body treatments, as well as waxing, tinting and nail services. It is an ideal place for individual relaxation or for friends or couples to indulge in a day of pampering.

Socializing is also easy at the Santa Rosa Club when friends share in their favorite hobbies or games. The clubhouse features special meeting rooms including arts and crafts studios, a library and computer lab, a theater and a ballroom. Special-interest groups make it easy for neighbors to share their passions, such as astronomy, book discussion, computers, golf, needle arts, volunteerism, photography, tennis and wine.

Outdoors, residents can enjoy the beautiful Southern California weather at the resort-style swimming pool or with a barbecue on the clubhouse patio. Four lighted tennis courts are available for day or evening games and resident golfers are sure to love the beautiful and challenging 18-hole Trilogy Golf Club.

The 18-hole Trilogy Golf Club is a championship course known as one of the finest in Southern California.

Trilogy at La Quinta also features on-site dining at the casually elegant Azul Restaurant and Bar. The restaurant is a favorite place for a post-golf lunch or a dinner out with friends. The Cafe Solaz, at the Santa Rosa Club, also lets residents relax with a cup of coffee or fruit smoothie while surfing the Internet via a cafe computer or WiFi access from their own laptops.

The 1,400 single-family homes in Trilogy at La Quinta were designed in a range of styles and sizes to meet the needs of many different homebuyers. The community began development in 2005 and new construction homes have recently sold out. However, homes are still available on a resale basis in Trilogy at La Quinta, one of California’s amazing retirement communities.

During construction, homes were built in three home series: the Coral Collection (1,381 to 1,739 square feet), the Mariposa Collection (1,847 to 2,387 square feet) and the Santa Rosa Collection (2,424 to 2,769 square feet). Homes include two to four bedrooms, two to four bathrooms and two-car to three-car garages. Designs also feature open floor plans and many eco-friendly elements.

With its beautiful location in the Coachella Valley and impressive resort-style amenities, Trilogy at La Quinta offers a truly luxurious active adult lifestyle.
