The Vista Club also makes it easy for residents to stay in shape with its state-of-the-art fitness center. This impressive facility features cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, as well as locker rooms, an aerobics and dance studio, an indoor walking track, and an indoor swimming pool. There is also a massage studio to relax and rejuvenate after a workout.

Additional amenities are also available at the Delta Club, Trilogy at Rio Vista’s original clubhouse. This 7,000-square-foot facility offers a fitness center, game rooms, a library, and an arts and crafts area. There are also a number of outdoor amenities, including a resort-style pool and spa area, a spacious patio, four tennis courts, and four bocce courts.


When it comes to homes, Trilogy at Rio Vista has single-family models that appeal to nearly any active adult homebuyer. Models range from just 976 to over 2,500 square feet. While designs vary by floor plan, homes typically include two to three bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and a two- or three-car garage.
