There has been plenty of fanfare since Shea Homes announced what will be the fourth 55+ community in the popular Las Vegas area master-planned community Summerlin. Joining Sun City Summerlin, Siena, and Regency at Summerlin will be this collection of 354 attached homes in Trilogy at Summerlin. Now, Trilogy has announced the details for the community’s modern amenity center, Outlook Club.
The resort club will span 9,600 square feet of indoor space as well as around 2,100 square feet of covered outdoor areas. Construction began on May 8 with tentative plans calling for a 2019 grand opening. Inside will be a fitness center, grand living room, elevated sports lounge, demonstration kitchen, and several multi-purpose spaces.
Outdoor amenities will include a dog park, zen garden, event lawn, resort pool, and pickleball and bocce ball courts. Shea Homes will also make sure active adults can make the most of these modern amenities with a full-time lifestyle director. The community will have an active social calendar with parties, classes, group travel, large events, and philanthropic opportunities. Residents can keep track of the events going on throughout the community with Trilogy’s national programming network, MyTrilogyLife.com.
"We understand our homebuyers are looking for more than a thoughtfully designed, quality home. The demand for an interactive and progressive approach to lifestyle and club amenities is growing," said Trilogy by Shea Homes General Manager Kyle Tibbitts. "Trilogy has always been at the forefront of trend-based lifestyle programming and with this first Trilogy club here in Summerlin, homeowners will be able to experience how transforming being a part of a community like this can be."
Here’s a closer look at what’s inside The Outlook Club:
Grand Living Room
The main room of the Outlook Club will be an indoor-outdoor gathering space where homeowners can relax and chat with neighbors.
One of the most unique aspects of the club is The Overlook. This elevated sports and game lounge will feature billiards, shuffleboard, televisions, game tables, and more. There will also be a covered patio with a fireplace that overlooks the scenic views of The Strip.
A chef-grade culinary studio perfect for events, classes, and private parties. The kitchen will include several seats for onlookers to learn new skills and some of the classes will even be broadcast online for Trilogy residents across the country.
This large multi-purpose space will offer arts and crafts classes like pottery, writing, or painting. It will also be designed to be of use for a variety of different activities, including yoga, Pilates, and Zumba.
The club’s state-of-the-art fitness center will allow homeowners to tailor their workout to Trilogy’s personal training programs. This space will be ideal for individual, self-led workouts, and small group sessions.
The second multi-purpose space will be the location for parties, meetings, and club get-togethers.
