Trilogy at the Vineyards offers California retirees breathtaking views and luxury 55+ living.

A picturesque setting in Northern California’s wine country lends the perfect backdrop for Trilogy at the Vineyards. This gated community welcomes active adults age 55 or better with resort-style amenities and beautiful homes, all set amid rolling hills, lush vineyards, olive groves and nature preserves. Yet its tranquil location is also within easy access of shops, stores and adjacent to the Brentwood Golf Club.

Set in Brentwood, California, Shea Homes opened Trilogy at the Vineyards in 2006 with plans for an amenity-rich clubhouse, numerous outdoor recreations and approximately 1,100 single-family homes. The community is continuing development today, and current homebuyers can choose from available resale and new construction homes.

Amenities and social activities within Trilogy at the Vineyards are centered around Club Los Meganos. This 34,000 square-foot clubhouse welcomes residents with stylish social areas, including the Helak Grand Living Room, Abby’s Gourmet Studio, Cafe d’Oro and the John March Exploration Lounge. Residents can enjoy friendly competition in the billiards and game room, express their creativity in the arts and crafts studio or take part in community events in the spacious ballroom.

Club Los Meganos’ state-of-the-art fitness center features cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, an indoor lap pool and group classes such as yoga and tai chi. A trainer is available to help residents plan their fitness routines as well. When it’s time to relax and rejuvenate, the full-service Sawa Spa pampers residents with services for massage, nails, hair and more. Beyond caring for their bodies, residents can also expand their minds at the Kirkland Center for Higher Learning.

The impressive clubhouse is beautifully designed and appointed with luxury furnishings.

Outdoors, the amenities continue with lovely social areas, an inviting patio, terraced tea gardens and winding walking and biking trails. The resort-style pool features a spacious sundeck and a poolside cabana for casual dining, and bocce ball courts provide further outdoor recreation.

While Trilogy at the Vineyards does not have an on-site golf course, resident golfers will appreciate having preferred pricing and access to the adjacent Brentwood Golf Club. The club features a 27-hole championship golf course, designed by Ted Robinson Sr. to be both challenging and accessible for golfers of any skill level. Trilogy at the Vineyards residents also enjoy a private golf cart provision with their membership at the Brentwood Golf Club.

Single-family homes within Trilogy at the Vineyard are designed by Shea Homes to support active adult homebuyers. They offer main-level living with one-story designs in floor plans ranging from 1,465 to 2,853 square feet. Each home has a minimum of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage, while the largest homes have up to three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a three-car garage.

For active adults who dream of retiring to Northern California’s wine country, Trilogy at the Vineyards may offer an ideal retirement destination.
