Trilogy Sunstone Breaks Ground on Cabochon Club

There is a brand new amenity coming to the sought-after community Trilogy® Sunstone.  

Trilogy® Sunstone, a brand-new 55+ community just minutes from the iconic Las Vegas Strip, has officially broken ground on its new resort club. Called Cabochon Club, this club will serve as the community’s active lifestyle hub and will house multiple amenities, from a full-service restaurant to an outdoor event venue.

Shea Homes began construction on this age-restricted community in 2021, offering active adult homebuyers four collections of model homes. Attached homes range from 1,342 to 1,678 square feet, while single-family homes provide between 1,507 to 2,579 square feet of living space. Trilogy® Sunstone plans to open eight new models for pre-grand opening tours.

Models feature open-concept living, generous outdoor living spaces, spa-inspired primary suites, and flexible floor plans. Some single-family homes provide an attached three-car garage, giving homeowners additional storage or room for a golf cart. A homeowners’ association covers landscaping and upkeep of common areas and amenities.

Like all Trilogy® communities, Trilogy® Sunstone embraces its natural surroundings and gives homeowners access to multiple experiences, including resort-style pools, sports courts, and signature restaurants.

In the first phase, Cabochon Club will introduce a fitness center, resort-style pool, coffeehouse and cocktail bar, culinary studio, and pickleball courts. As the community expands, Cabochon Club will also grow. The club’s second phase is slated to include bocce courts, an outdoor game and event venue, a special event center, and a full-service indoor and outdoor restaurant and bar.

In addition to all the amenities within the up-and-coming Cabochon Club, residents can look forward to enjoying a dog park, an outdoor fitness area, and an extensive network of nature paths that wind through the community.

Residents of Trilogy® Sunstone can enjoy all the entertainment and dining in Downtown Las Vegas, which is only about 20 minutes away. Even closer to home, residents can take care of errands at grocery stores like Vons and Albertsons. The community is also located near a Walgreens and multiple health care providers, including University Medical Center, Summerlin Hospital, and Centennial Hospital.
