Riverland Sports and Racquet Club is open at Valencia Grove at Riverland.

Active adults interested in racquet sports like tennis and pickleball will want to check out the new construction homes for sale at Valencia Grove in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Riverland Sports and Racquet Club

The 14-acre fitness facility has been under construction since 2019. The Riverland Sports and Racquet Club features 40 outdoor courts for tennis and pickleball. Shuffleboard courts and bocce ball courts are also available. There’s a fitness center with all the latest strength and cardio equipment as well as an indoor pool.

Residents looking for classes, groups, or just a little motivation will be pleased to work with the director of Riverland Sports and Racquet Club, Joey Farias. Additional Amenities at Valencia Grove

Single-family homes are available in new construction models in the Valencia Grove at Riverland community, and they offer two to four bedrooms and two to four bathrooms. Five collections offer homes ranging from 1,355 to 3,312 square feet with price tags starting in the mid $200s. HOA fees will vary.

The Premier Collection has five floor plans with between 1,355 and 1,752 square feet. These are two-bedroom homes with two bathrooms, an attached two-car garage, and some floor plans include dens. In the Regal Collection, buyers will find four models with two or three bedrooms, a den or office space, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. The Tribeca model includes an extra half bathroom.

In the Signature Collection, homes have two to four bedrooms and flex space to be used as a den, office, or additional bedroom. The four models have 2,157 to 2,396 square feet, two-and-a-half or three bedrooms, and an attached two-car garage. In the Vintage Collection, buyers will find single-family homes in four models with between 2,475 and 2,753 square feet, two to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two- or three-car garage. 

Finally, there’s the Crown Collection, where the community’s largest homes are found. These three models have three or four bedrooms, three to four bathrooms, and an attached three-car garage. They range from 2,645 to 3,312 square feet.

Living in Port St. Lucie 

As part of a master-planned community, residents at Valencia Grove get the benefits of living in a 55+ neighborhood while also having the opportunity to mingle with different generations throughout Riverland’s diverse neighborhoods.
