Single-family homes are available in the widest number of floor plans with sizes ranging from 2,000 to 4,100 square feet. There are five ranch style homes and an additional 13 designs with either a loft or full second floor. Single-family homes include three to six bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and two- to three-car garages. Many models also include a separate den.

VillageWalk at Lake Nona homes are available in over 20 unique floor plans with high-end features.
