When it comes to homes, VillageWalk of Sarasota features a diverse line-up of townhomes, villas and single-family homes. While the homes were built in a range of sizes, they were also designed to be low-maintenance with open floor plans, high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Though the community was completed in 2009, today’s homebuyers can choose homes on a resale basis as they become available.

Townhomes were originally built in two models, each with three bedrooms. One model has two-and-a-half bathrooms and a one-car garage, while the other includes three full bathrooms and a two-car garage. VillageWalk of Sarasota's single-family homes range in size from around 2,100 to over 3,400 square feet.
