Built by Toll Brothers, Regency at Dominion Valley is an impressive golf course community in the heart of Prince William County, Virginia. This beautiful development welcomes residents aged 55 or better with suburban charm and all the amenities needed to support a healthy, active adult lifestyle. Plus, its prime location in the city of Haymarket is just 35 miles west of Washington DC and all its urban attractions.

As the center of the social and recreational scene, the Regency at Dominion Valley’s 30,000 square-foot clubhouse offers a wide range of resort-style amenities. The state-of-the-art fitness center features cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, an aerobics studio, a spinning class and a yoga room. There is also a heated indoor lap pool which allows for swimming year-round.

Homebuyers who prefer more compact homes can choose from one of the attached Carriage-style homes in the Georgetown collection. These thoughtfully-designed homes range in size from 1,670 to 1,890 square feet. They have two to three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms and two-car garages.
