New single-family homes are selling fast at Cresswind at PGA Village Verano. This 55+ community was recently introduced by Kolter Homes as the latest installment at the PGA Village Verano master-planned community.
With three championship golf courses and a 35-acre practice and instructional facility, it’s the place to be for golfers who want to play on a regular basis. Additional amenities include Club Talavera, a 27,000 square-foot clubhouse that’s home to a ballroom, lounge, multipurpose room, and demonstration kitchens.

It’s not all 55+ communities on this part of Florida’s Treasure Coast. Buyers seeking a home for sale in Port St. Lucie where the generations mix and family members of all ages can live under the same room might want to consider some of the following active adult communities:
Visconti, an intimate community with only 76 single-family homes available in new and resale models. It’s a great place for walking, with several trails and bike paths throughout the community. Homes are two or three bedrooms in sizes ranging from 1,500 to 2,211 square feet.
Lake Forest is a well-located community close to I-95 and lots of conveniences such as grocery stores, retailers, and restaurants. There are pools, playgrounds, and community activities like holiday parties and happy hours. Resale single-family homes come in more than 10 models with between two and four bedrooms.
Magnolia Lakes has many great amenities including a sand volleyball court and a fitness center with a steam room. Single-family homes start in the high $100s and have 1,550 to over 3,000 square feet.
TownPark at Tradition is also part of the Tradition master-planned community. There are 1,100 single-family homes in the community, which also has a wide variety of resort-style amenities.
