Located just outside of Charleston in the small town of Summerville, Cresswind Charleston is a gated and age-restricted community. Homebuyers looking for a community with a vacation-like feel can get just that at Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head. The large development will have more than 1,000 homes upon completion and offers affordable price points in one of the state’s most popular coastal towns. There are two home collections with prices around $250k—The Caribbean Collection and Beach Collection. These single-family floor plans range from 1,503 to 2,393 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, and two-car garages.
Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head has an expansive list of resort-style amenities that includes (but is not limited to) a 290,000-square-foot retail center, a town center, a theater, a beach area, and a fitness center.
High $100s - Mid $1Ms
