It’s been almost a year since the grand opening at Del Webb Tradition in Port St. Lucie, Florida and the homes are filling up fast. While 55+ buyers meet with builders to select floor plans and discuss options, there’s also an effort to complete construction on the community’s clubhouse. The clubhouse grand opening is tentatively scheduled for the end of 2019, according to Julie Pulliam with PulteGroup.
Del Webb Tradition Clubhouse Plans
A full-time lifestyle director will be on staff at the clubhouse to assist with event planning, club functions, and social events. Del Webb hopes to create a resort-style amenities center, which will include a state-of-the-art fitness center and an aerobics and dance studio.
Several multi-purpose rooms will be available for groups to meet, and there will be plenty of space for parties and gatherings. Just outside of the clubhouse will be a heated pool surrounded by a spacious patio. Amenities are set to include tennis, pickleball, bocce, and a dog park.
The clubhouse will be the social hub of Del Webb Tradition. The space will be used for potluck dinners, movie nights, painting classes, and card games. Since this community is situated within the Tradition master-planned community, residents can enjoy additional amenities at the Town Square. Shopping spots within the community include Publix, Target, and a number of drug stores, banks, dry cleaners, and restaurants.

Make Plans to Explore Del Webb in 2020
Del Webb hosts an Explore Program in which active adults interested in a 55+ community can spend a day or even a couple of nights on site, getting to know the residents, the builders, and the lifestyle that’s offered. The Day Pass Program provides lunch or dinner with a current resident and invites visitors to participate in a class, a club meeting, or any scheduled social event. With an overnight pass, guests can stay in a furnished model home and explore the community and the local area.
Del Webb Tradition will be ready to host active adult guests in 2020 after the clubhouse is complete and all the amenities are available to experience first-hand.
