Kiplinger’s latest report ranks Nevada as the second most tax-friendly state in the country for retirees (just after Wyoming).

Nevada is home to many active adult communities, and one of the state’s newest additions is the up-and-coming Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas. Heritage at Asante will have three home collections with a total of 10 floor plans for buyers to consider. Homes range from 1,248 to 2,559 square feet and offer two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two-car garages. A number of floor plans also include a den area.
