Kiplinger’s latest report ranks Nevada as the second most tax-friendly state in the country for retirees (just after Wyoming).
Nevada is home to many active adult communities, and one of the state’s newest additions is the up-and-coming Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas. The gated and age-restricted community not only offers residents all the advantages of living in one of the most tax-friendly states, but also offers a variety of distinct floor plans, resort-style amenities, and a 32-acre lake. The development will feature three home collections with houses that vary from 1,579 to 2,736 square feet. Floor plans include two to three bedrooms, a den, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and two- or three-car garages.
Amenities within the neighborhood will include everything from a clubhouse and recreation center to on-site retail shopping and a golf course. Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas is also conveniently located within 30 minutes of the Las Vegas Strip.
Mid $300s – Low $1Ms
Located in Estero, the gated community of WildBlue will feature 1,100 single-family homes upon completion. The neighborhood will be spread over 3,500 acres that include scenic lakes and preserves. It will also offer residents more than a dozen distinct floor plans as well as a wide variety of resort-style amenities.
