The Triumph offers 1,637 to 2,855 square feet and has two to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half or three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. This model features a spacious kitchen with a large island that opens into the dining area and family room. The lower level can be customized with optional features such as a recreational room and two additional bedrooms. 

The Solstice model offers 1,733 to 3,202 square feet and has two to four bedrooms and two or three bathrooms. This home offers an open floor plan, a covered patio, an optional den, and optional fireplace in the living room. The lower level can be used for storage or can be expanded to include a recreational room and extra bedrooms. 

The Capstone model offers 1,749 to 2,928 square feet and has two to four bedrooms and two or three bathrooms. This model features an extra outdoor patio, open great room, and formal dining room. The spacious master suite includes double bathroom sinks and a walk-in closet. The lower level has generous storage space and can be finished to include extra bedrooms and an open family or recreational room.

The Equinox model offers 1,818 to 3,328 square feet and has two to four bedrooms and two or three bathrooms. This model features a flex room or study, covered patios, an open dining and kitchen area, spacious master suite with walk-in closet, and an outdoor living space. The lower level has plenty of storage space or can be customized to include additional bedrooms and bathrooms with walk-in closets and a rec room.

Residents will enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle thanks to a homeowners’ association fee that takes care of landscaping and snow removal. With more free time, homeowners at Lanterns at Rock Creek will be able to enjoy spending time with family or pursuing new hobbies. Residents will be able to join the tennis club at the master-planned community or take up gardening as a hobby.
