Three models are available at Fairview at Oxford Greens. The Florence Model has 1,510 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. This model features a large foyer, a kitchen island, and an easy, open floor plan that allows for entertaining and socializing with guests. The Morgan Model has 1,990 square feet, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms with an extra half-bathroom. The gourmet kitchen can include an optional island, and the second bedroom is an upstairs loft. There is a two-story foyer and a formal dining room. The Alden Model is on one floor and offers vaulted ceilings as an upgraded option. A bonus room can be used as an office, den, or third bedroom.
