Sheridan Lakes is a 55+ community of condos and single-family homes in Hollywood, Florida. Construction began at Sheridan Lakes in 1968 and was completed in 1972, resulting in 305 homes total. These resale homes include a mix of single-family homes in addition to condominium units in four mid-rise buildings with elevators. Floor plans in either style range from 703 to 1,200 square feet, with one or two bedrooms and bathrooms. Single-family homes include a carport and driveway, and condos have an assigned parking space close to the buildings with plenty of additional guest parking.

The condo homes range from 703 to 1,370 square feet. These homes have one to two bedrooms and bathrooms. Many of the condo homes have been upgraded with wood floors, crown molding, and updated doors, including French doors in some homes that lead to a private balcony that may be screened in. Each unit has a separate storage closet and communal laundry rooms are available on each floor.

The single-family homes range from 1,098 to 1,200 square feet. These homes have two bedrooms and one to two bathrooms.. Single-family homes include an open floor plan. Kitchens have a dining area as well as an enclosed laundry room. Storage is available right off the carport.

Sheridan Lakes is located in the city of Hollywood, putting residents in easy reach of necessities and fun opportunities. 

Residents of Sheridan Lakes are close to any daily conveniences they may need, including grocery stores such as Publix and ALDI. Pharmacy needs can be met at Walgreens and CVS.
